Before asking, have a look at the FAQ: the usual questions (the Windows warning at install, where the save is, ink that fades) are answered there.

To report a problem, the FAQ says what helps: the version and build number at the bottom right of the screen, what you were doing, a screenshot (F12 in the game) and, if your game is involved, the save.json file.
